
Notes from Today’s Client Visit 📝
Today we welcomed Maxine down to the Francton office here in Cardiff
To chat over new lead gen strategies to keep her calendar full
& most of all her business growing

One thing I noticed right away, which we see in many businesses is her lead gen strategies are really… adhoc 🫣
Some days there would be a few posts, then it would be days before the next one
Then to make it even more difficult for prospects viewing her content
Is the fact that many of the posts are very vague
Meaning, it would be a picture then 3–5 words, which could mean anything
My suggestion on this was to expand so much more on each post, almost turn every one into a story about the shoot 📸
Documenting the day as a carousel, while also tagging key people, vendors & locations to increase social proof & awareness
Finally, I’ve known Maxine for a few years now, but I didn’t know she is a photographer for
The BAFTAs, BBC, Disney & has photographed over 300+ weddings
And neither do her followers 🤷♂️
There was no post, no picture & no content about these huge selling points
At this moment in time, Maxine doesn’t need to spend on paid ads, she just needs to spend time on building
✅ her network & followers
✅ her exposure & awareness
✅ & most of all… starting new conversations daily
